To access the building, please select the relevant time block to obtain the virtual key for buzzing in. The studio is on the second floor, accessible via the stairs.

After entering the building, take the stairs to the second floor.  

Use the virtual key again to open the second door.  

Once on the second floor, turn right and continue down the hall.  

You will find our studio, Unit 204, on the left side after passing the bathrooms.

Use the keypad code 0552# to enter.  

Important:  

DO NOT use the intercom—it is for daytime deliveries only.
Feel free to share the virtual key link with your guests.  

For reentry, there is a key fob on the first column. Please remember to return it after use.

PLEASE NOTE - All booking start and end times must include your setup and cleanup. We offer a 15-minute grace period after your booking for resetting the room. If you exceed that, an additional hour will be charged.

CLEANLINESS - Please leave the space as you found it. Bag your trash and return the furniture to its original position. Failure to reset the space will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL - You may bring outside catering. Make sure to dispose of trash in the assigned bins. The trash room is located behind the double doors at the end of the hallway after exiting the unit.

NOISE - Be mindful of neighbors, as our building is mixed-use. Music is allowed but at reasonable levels. No excessively loud music.

SECURITY & ACCESS -  Keep the entrance door closed at all times. Do not prop open hallway doors or the main entrance.

PARKING - We don’t provide dedicated parking. Please advise your guests to use public transportation or carpool.

DAMAGES & LIABILITY - You are responsible for any damages to the space or equipment and will be charged accordingly. We are not liable for lost or stolen items, and the renter takes full responsibility for any injuries during the event.

INSURANCE - While we do not require event insurance, we highly recommend it for the added security of your event.

No smoking, drugs, or illegal activities
No open flames, toxic materials, or smoke/fog machines.
No sale of alcohol (only consumption is allowed with the alcohol fee)
No full nudity or pornography
AVOID standing on or leaning against the curve of the cyc wall. Any damage to the wall will incur fees starting at $200.

CANCELATION POLICY - Guests can obtain a full refund if they cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the booking will result in a 50% refund.
