ALL BOOKING start and end times include set-up and clean-up time, so please factor that in when making your reservation. After your booking ends, we allow a 15-minute grace period to finish resetting the room - if you exceed those 15 minutes you will be invoiced for an additional hour.

Please arrive on time. Please note that we reserve the right to collect payment for any overtime hours beyond your booking.

Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate for the first two hours, and 2x the hourly rate for any remaining hours.

SECURITY & ACCESS - Doors on Premises: Please keep the entrance door to the studio closed at all times. Do not prop open or tape the hallway door or main entrance. 

CLEANLINESS/STUDIO RESET - Leave space in the condition you found it in. Bag up your trash and return furniture to its original position. If the studio space is not reset to its original state after use, the user agrees to pay an additional cleaning fee of $200. We trust that our creative users will treat the remote access studio with the same respect as they would their own space. This policy is in place to maintain the affordability of our services and ensure a pleasant experience for all users.  

DAMAGES & LIABILITY - You will be held accountable and charged for any and all damages to the space, equipment, or furniture. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged equipment during your booking. We are not liable for injuries; the renter takes full responsibility.       

No Gaffer Tape on Floor. Please only use paper tape on our floor. Gaffer tape rips up the varnish.

TRASH DISPOSAL - Outside catering is allowed. Please ensure you clean up after yourself, dispose of trash in assigned bins, and maintain studio cleanliness. There is a trash room in the building. Exit the unit and take two left turns. You'll find the trash room behind the double doors at the end of the hallway.                                             

NOISE - Please be respectful of our neighbors in the building, which is mixed-use commercial and residential. We allow music playback but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC. 

PARKING - Notify your guests of parking options around the studio. We do not provide dedicated parking, so please encourage carpooling or the use of public transportation. 

No smoking/vaping.
No drugs or illegal activities.
No open flame or toxic materials.
No smoke/fog machines. Atmosphere in a can is acceptable for use.
No sale of alcohol (only consumption is allowed with the alcohol fee)
DO NOT stand on the curve of the cyc wall or lean anything against the back of the wall—please stand at least a foot off from the curve when using the cyc. Any damages to the cyc wall may begin at $200.

Guests can obtain a full refund if they cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the booking will result in a 50% refund.
